-WARRANTY:

All of our products are top quality and are reviewed before shipment.

Products on sale in "Tienda Custom" are covered by the statutory guarantee of 2 years from the delivery, as provided for in the regulations of consumers and users.

Damage caused by incorrect use or handling of the products are not included in the warranty.

-CANCELLATION AND RETURNS:

Before the return, get in touch with "Tienda Custom" so that you assign a callback number to your case.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you will have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

• The product must be in perfect condition and correctly packaging, to the extent possible with their packaging and labelling original, but the product will undergo a depreciation that will have to take the customer.
