-PRICES:
The prices of the products published in "Tienda Custom" are indicated with all taxes included for private clients who are a zone of sale with VAT and excluding shipping costs. Transport costs can be seen before checkout and shown separately.
When the shipping address is for a zone with a different tax treatment, the correct price will be in the time prior to the completion of the purchase
Shipping to countries outside the European Union, will not be charged VAT (21%), but the customs of the country of reception may apply the appropriate tax burdens. SHIPPING & RETURNS
-SHIPPING:
The delivery will be made by a company of urgent transport to free choice of "Tienda Custom".
The cost of shipping will be calculated according to destination and weight.
We will try to make the shipment the day of the order, when this is done before 12:00 h, provided that the product is available, except for errors in inventory or technical problem, in that case, you will be notified immediately.
In the case of custom items, shipping time will be informed when we process the order.
Transport time is between 24 h and 48 h in the Iberian Peninsula.
For the rest of Europe transport times vary between 3 and 12 days

Shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the package and the destination.
We recommend that you group all items in a single order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping charges will be applied for each one individually. We cannot make us liable for any damage that may occur to your package after shipping, but we do everything possible to protect all the fragile items.

-DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are approximate and are indicated on weekdays (from Monday to Friday), though a delay in delivery will not be cause for penalty. If it were not possible to meet the deadlines described, we are responsible of keeping the customer informed of the situation.
If you do not meet the maximum period of delivery or in case of variation of prices or any other circumstance that would vary the conditions set forth herein, we will contact with the client for the acceptance of the new conditions. In the case of failure to reach an agreement, the order will be cancelled and if necessary, will take place a credit for the full amount of the invoice.
